St. Mark's Parent Party was the same day as the Kentucky Derby so we made it a Derby Theme. We made homemade brisket sandwiches, grits, bourbon meatballs, chicken salad sandwiches, and horse treats (veggies). It was a great night and we loved hanging with our school friends.
