Just another day...

This lil guy is so quick - I can barely keep up with all his shenanigans!

What a life!

Fat and happy at 9 months. It's amazing how fast his teeth have come in over the past 6 weeks. He wants to eat everything sister and mama eat. His favorite things to eat are bagels, oranges, and turkey deli meat.

He loves to clap - especially when we say "yay" or "good job" and copies us everytime we do it. I love how he closes his eyes when he laughs - it's like he can't take all the excitement!

Zoo time - Victoria's favorite animal is still the giraffe.

Bath time is Jack's favorite time - he loves to splash and soak in the water. He gets so excited that he hates to get out and he cries everytime we take him out.

Jack put crayons in the vent! and I was in the same room. He is so funny - Victoria would never do something like this when she was 9 months.

Jack has so much hair that people think he is older than 9 months. And he's got some curls!

Above is a picture of his left leg with a little bruise - he puts all his weight on the leg and uses the other to move and that leg just gets beaten up. Poor thing!

Swimming

I can't download the video of Victoria swimming to the side - but here's a picture. She absolutely LOVES swimming. She gets SO excited about going to "swim lessons" every day that she actually waits by the door jumping up and down saying she is ready to go. We have been early every time. And eventhough it is hard work she is so proud of herself.

2 and 1/2 teeth! And one on the way! Those theeth are sharp! He puts just about everything in his mouth, and eats anything. He loves french fries and ice cream - who doesn't?

Victoria is a major snuggler!

Jack is 9 months old and he is growing and going! 7 months: first tooth, clapping, saying Dada, 8 months: second tooth, crawling and saying Mama, 9 months: third tooth (fourth tooth by the end of the month), pulling up, climbing up one step, and doing forward crab walk.

He is 30 inches (95%) in height and 21.8 lbs (75%) in weight. He is leaner than Victoria which makes sense since he is on the go and crawling all over the place. His favorite game is throwing a ball and crawling after it, followed by dropping food off the high chair - Victoria loves to play along.

Victoria still likes to sleep in the crib but has learned to crawl in and out. She likes to come downstairs after we put her to "bed"; she just wants to know what's going on before she goes to sleep. The sound of her little feet crack me up...stomp...stomp...stomp - she is not that dainty.
