Friends and Fun

O'Neill's friends Noah and Hollace at the park.

Victoria went to a Fancy Nancy Tea Party birthday party where they dressed up in their fanciest outfits and had tea (pink lemonade, snacks, pinata and a bounce house to jump out the sugar).
ooh la la!

Victoria invited her friends to view the trains at Northpark: Anna, Claire, Julia, and Ada.

Stickers are a big thing with these two kids...can't get enough of them

Victoria attended the Nutcracker holiday dance camp with her friends Lauren Margaret and Claire.

First Dance Recital!

Victoria performed in her first dance recital for the Studio B holiday show. It was a ballet performance complete with a lollipop for her prop. She was in the front row center and did great. The whole family came to watch and although her dance was done in 5 minutes in the first 30 minutes of the recital, she wasn't released until 2 1/2 hours later. Luckily there was a bar in the lobby for the boys.

She was more excited about the candy canes in the bouquet instead of the flowers.

Christmas 2012

Christmas 2012 was so busy and filled with lots of love of family and friends. This year was the first year Victoria was really into Christmas and O'Neill loved finding our Elf Sprinkles everyday and wasn't a big fan of Santa. It was great to see the Davis family visit from Austin and it was so special to spend the holiday with both sets of grandparents and Uncle Kiko.

Playing with cousin Kate; they had new names and were pretending they were Jungle Girls. Victoria had her first ever sleep over slumber party with Kate in Papa and Cecie's backhouse! She had a blast and slept surprisingly well; no middle of the night call to come get her. They watched a movie and went to bed and stayed there - I guess constant non-stop parties will do that.

Victoria's PreK 3 Christmas concert.

Cecie and Papa invited us to ride in a limo to see Christmas lights. Victoria loves limos and thinks we need to take them everywhere. The ride was hilarious with kids singing Christmas carols along to the radio, kids eating pizza, adults drinking wine, Kate and V roaming around the car squishing their noses to the windows, babies crying, giving the driver directions, seeing houses bigger than the White House in Highland Park, and seeing moms new rental property!! You gotta love family.

The gang - it was JZs first ride in a limo ever!

Christmas Caroling! We have been listening to Christmas music since before Thanksgiving and it sure paid off.

We took a trip to the Dallas World Aquarium and it was a blast! The kids loved it and for a Saturday before Christmas is wasn't crowded so we were up close and personal with the animals.

BARBIE!!! I am so excited that Victoria loves her Barbies! (Although she kept having serious meltdowns everytime a shoe came off.) She still loves playing with cars but at least she is somewhat interested in Barbies and dressing up.
Victoria is into princesses and she told me today that she wants to grow up and be one--- although this is after she said she wanted to be a chef and an architect.

Ha! The kids are worn out!

It was a white Christmas! Victoria is all about snow - she loves it and the cold doesn't seem to bother her one bit. O'Neill on the other hand hates putting on his jacket, gloves, hats, and didn't even want to touch the snow; I had to hold him the entire time we were outside. He was so much happier the minute we got back inside.
