Sleeping Baby
Although Victoria is maturing, testing her limits and expanding her vocabulary she is still my little baby. She has accumulated about 10 lovies and sleeps with them all; she does have her favorites - Bobity and Froggie. And she still sleeps like she did when she was a baby - with her knees tucked under her tummy.

Photoshoot Rejects!
Here are some photoshoot rejects. The shoot started off with a few tears but after a while, Victoria was a ham in front of the camera.
2 Yr Photos
Victoria took her 2 year old portraits this weekend. The last professional photos of Victoria were when she was 1 and people who see them ask if I straightened her hair! Really?? Her hair didn't start getting curls until about 16 months, and I love how it is so crazy! The rest of the photos need some photo editing...

Playing and Growing
Victoria's incisors are coming in and she sticks her tongue out all the time! Below are some photos of her with her tongue out.
She LOVES to draw - crayon, markers, chalk, whatever. She did draw on the wall over Christmas but I think she was so sad at our reaction that she won't do it again. And lucky for us - the crayon came off. She has mastered drawing circles, "W"s and "M"s but insists on having Mama draw tractors, airplanes, and helicopters.
Eloise is a girl in her Gym class who has the most personality for a 2 yr old. She took Victoria by the hand and together they paraded around the room! At first Victoria didn't want to take her hand, but Eloise wouldn't take no for an answer. So funny.

She knows the names to the different dinosaurs and it is so sweet to hear her voice say the really long and complicated names!
The name "Dad-da" turned into "Daddy" which recently morphed into "Daddio"!
Daddio and Victoria on his birthday! She got the best compliment from a table of gentlemen sitting next to us who said she was the most well behaved baby they ever saw. She's a party animal - even 2 hour after her bedtime!

After she hosted 12 friends and their mamas at her playdate, Victoria took a 3 hour nap (!!) and woke just in time for her The Little Gym class. She doesn't know how to jump but seeing her try is hilarious!

Go Mustangs!
For the second straight year the SMU Mustangs have been in a bowl game - go Ponies! Victoria went to the BLVD to show her team spirit and say hi to Peruna. Looking forward to next season!

Baby You Can Drive My Car!
Victoria took her car out for a drive at the nearby park. She looked great - eventhough she didn't really master the whole concept, yet.

Christmas 2010 was great, we stayed in Dallas and visited with both sets of grandparents and brother Tyler, Juliet and Kate came up from Austin. Victoria just followed older cousin Kate (3) around and together the girls turned into giggle boxes. Victoria loved her presents of trains, cars, scooters, a battery powered car that goes 3 MPH!, remote controlled cars, and art supplies; she still shows little interest in dolls. She comprehended things like the Christmas Tree, Santa Clause, Reindeer, Presents... but next year she is going to go bananas once she fully understands the holiday. Cecie says that Christmas 2011 is mandatory in Dallas or you are cut out of the family circle of trust :) 2011 is going to be crazy!

Oh Boy!
It's a BOY! We opened the envelope that contained the sex of Baby Z2 on New Years! We were shocked but so excited. I guess the Davis girl streak is over. Cecie couldn't believe it and Papa was so excited! Victoria is going to be a great big sis!
