The Zavalas took a family vacation to WaterColor. It was so relaxing to go down to the beach and get a little Vitamin Sea. John's iPhone bit the dust because it got just a drop of ocean water on it - so all those pictures are lost. So below are the pics we have.
Tropical Storm Cindy was off the coast and caused some serious waves and undertow. The double red flag was flying which mean NO swimming or even going into the water. The lifeguards were constantly telling the beach goers to get out of the ocean.
Sisters at the wishing well. Victoria's continued wish is that she will get her one horse. Rebecca's wishes were the most creative I've ever heard:
Rebecca was a land shark this trip not wanting to go into the water at all! She was comfortable just playing in the sand or lounging under the umbrella. She was not interested in getting wet, finding sheets or sea life. The first night we were in FL we had a tattoo party where everyone got tattoos. It has made for some crazy tans! Rebecca is sporting her grow in the dark totem pole owl tattoo.
The double red flags were flying the first two days but that didn't stop Victoria from getting in. She loves to jump those waves.
Another picture of our Sand Baby
The fisherman! O'Neill worked so hard every day to find the coolest sea life: a sea cucumber, shrimp, fish eggs, all sorts of fish in different sizes and colors, and jelly fish.
The wind was so strong it broke the kite's string
The fishermen
Shrimp
She tried to get her toes wet - but she just couldn't quite do it - until next year!
Anual stop at Duckies!
My girls!! XOXOXO
Football while waiting for dinner
My boys!!! XOXOXO
O'Neill tried his first oyster - two to be exact! He didn't think they were all that bad... a thumb up and thumb down - to too shabby.
Vacation Selfie - I love this smile!
Light up grill... really.... Seaside movie night with light up toys galore!!
Snug as a bug in a rug! The last minute condo turned out to be the best! It was a great location, super cute and cozy!
Bike riding! These kids basically grew up learning to ride in WaterColor.
The Boathouse! Everyone was a little concerned about the alligator in the lake - but rest assured they caught the mama last Fall. So we were ready to SUP and kayaking. Rebecca and I were in the boat while JZ and O shared a board and V got a board all to herself! She did great and they still love to jump in and "fall off".
We flew this year and it was so much better - for everyone! It was a great relaxing trip with the Fab Five.
