The Zavala family's new address. This piece of paradise is situated on Forest Hills Blvd near the beginning of the neighborhood. We are curious what we will do with this little half acre of land. We cut down a few trees (ok almost all of them - so that's about 35) on this overgrown forest. The arborist said they all had to come down since they were so close together and unhealthy. The weather wasn't cooperating and it pushed the demo back so the neighbors had ample time to complain about our little pruning job. It was quite the scandal. And we got a fine from the city for "litter" aka the downed tree branches. I decided to go in front of the court to petition the fine, so I am awaiting my new court date. We've been having meetings with the architects of Stocker Hoesterey Montenegro and our plans keep changing. It's a process.
