Theme Dinners during Covid-19

To keep from going too crazy during these crazy times we instituted theme dinners. We've had Middle Eastern kabobs, English tea time with homemade scones, Irish Cornish hens, Sushi night with homemade sushi, Mexican taco Tuesday, Western burgers, Hawaiian with pineapple and honey salmon with pineapple salsa, and grilled shrimp, Maine and Northeastern seafood pasta with lobster, Italian homemade pizza,

Covid-19 Easter

Easter at home was different but the kids didn't seem to mind. Everyone dressed up after looking through their Easter baskets and watched the Cistercian service and the Munger service online. We had a great breakfast and lunch with caviar and champagne. We participated in the Munger Easter car parade and we wished a friend a Happy Birthday in another car parade. It was a busy day for staying shelter in place.
