We are staying close to home these days and enjoying our little family! Victoria is a great big sister to her then two week old baby brother!

Victoria Adjusting

Victoria is adjusting to her new brother very well and is LOVING all the extra attention she is getting. She loves playing with Papa, Cecie and Nana. She is one good big sister! Decorating dinosaur and bunny cookies with sprinkles and icing. It became a two day activity and she finished up in the morning wearing her PJs. Then the next morning she woke up and wanted to decorate cookies again.

Here she is eating the sprinkles while the cookies are being cooked. Henry wasn't really engaged in the family activity.

The weather has been so beautiful we've been outside alot! Victoria is looking for the "big worm" we found when we planted the azalea we received from Cecie in honor of baby Henry. She loves looking for bugs and worms!

Daddy thought V would like riding in a bike trailor, sort of like her very own chariot. However, V doesn't like riding in it or wearing the helmet - yet.

Baby Henry's First Days

Baby Henry is such a good baby - he only cries when he's hungry. And compared to Victoria he is way more sleepy. We are so blessed and enjoy every moment with him as he explores his new world. He's not even two weeks old and Henry has captivated our whole family - even Victoria tells us she loves Henry, always says "bless you" when he sneezes, wants to check on him when he's sleeping, wants to be involved when dressing or changing him. We are so lucky!

Coming Home

After 4 days held hostage in a small hospital room, Henry and I were discharged and able to go home! It's a boy for sure! There are tons of differences already between Henry and Victoria!

Happy Birthday John Henry

John Henry was born 4-4-11 weighing 8 pounds 2 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. He came out loud and proud! Big sis Victoria had a little adjusting to do, but loves him and calls him "Enery". We are so blessed to have our two miracles in our life!
