St. Croix

Victoria spent a week in St. Croix with the Zavala family before Christmas. It was very relaxing and the weather was wonderful and Victoria loved spending time with Nana, Kiko and Abeulo.

The abandoned sugar mills dot the island's hills.

Like father like daughter.

Playing in the sand!

Nothin like a 5 1/2 month prego mama in a swimsuit - yikes!
Pool time!

Visiting the Cruzan Rum factory

The whole clan

Our rainforest hike led us to a rocky beach with natural pools - so pretty!

More pool time and loving it - eventhough the water was a tad cold!

Watchout - here's Abeulo pushing the stroller!!

On the boardwalk.

Visiting the Fort.

Victoria loved swinging on the hammock - it was one of her favorite activities

Getting used to walking on the sand.

Her hair was sooo curly the whole time due to the hummidity!

Victoria loves her sticker book and has learned so much from it that we got her another one exactly like it.

Daddy and Victoria!

Although we were on vacation, we still brought a few activities and toys from home!

Random Photos

After a few months of not blogging, I finally downloaded pictures and some were from August. Victoria continues to be the sweetest little toddler - so polite, saying please, thank you, bless you - she is causiously curious - and loves cards and trains!

A day with Nana

Loves to press the buttons on the phone

Abeulo and V

Helping herself to some salsa! For a 1 1/2 yr old, she has quite a palate - loving cornichons, olives, dolmas, smoked venison... but her favorite foods include cheese, berries, oranges, pineapple, and chocolate milk.

Back in August she liked to play with cards and trains, but now 4 months later - she LOVES trains and cars and has no interest in her baby dolls.

Victoria's New Home

JZ came home one last time before he moves to Dallas and into his new home! Victoria calls it the "house" and for a girl who's lived in three states in her little life another house is no big deal.

We went to the Dallas Zoo on a gorgeous November day. Victoria loved feeding the goats and giraffe.

Cecie was cleaning and found William's golf cart. Victoria loves the "par" and eventhough the battery charger is missing, she loves to just sit in the car.

Lauren Reardon came in town and it was great to see the twins!! They have grown up so fast I hardly recognized them!

These are the funniest pictures of Taylor and Victoria: Taylor wanted Victoria's music player but Victoria is not very good at sharing and somewhere picked up the word "mine". Taylor was very sad she couldn't have it and even the substitute music player wasn't good enough - such a sad face.
