Thanksgiving in Dallas was different with a pandemic and all but we made the best of it! It was wonderful to see the Lubbock Zavalas with baby Collins, the Austin Davises, the Dallas Zavalas, and Shannon Henderson who represented the BYC gang, and of course great to celebrate with Papa and Cecie. Juliet organized fabulous turkey trot t-shirts and a route down Lakewood. Unfortunately Victoria tripped and broke her tibia bone! She's s trooper. We celebrated a few birthdays including Papa, Tyler and Brooke!
So much to be thankful for on this unusual holiday. Abraham Lincoln who made Thanksgiving a national holiday (something unique to the USA) would be proud we continued the tradition through this crazy time.
