New York Thanksgiving

The Dallas crew arrived in NYC and were ready to play!! We were so excited to be in the Big City and see all the cousins. This was O'Neill's and Rebecca's first time in the big apple.

Had to stop for a New York hot dog and pretzel!

Happy to see the Austin cousins!!

Love these girls!

Playing and exploring in Central Park. After a long day of travel these kiddos just wanted to run...

Shannon hooked us up to attend a private party on the West Side to view the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade balloons. I'm glad we were on the side where you had to show proof that you lived there or the invitation that you were invited to be there. Very official!

After all day traveling everyone's phone was running out of batteries so these pictures are priceless.

Thanksgiving Day morning!! We took a boat ride and toured the city and went around the Statue of Liberty. It was a glorious day with the sun shining!

Empire State Building! These kids really enjoyed the ESB!

NY Pizza in the hotel. These kids love the hotel lifestyle

Thanksgiving Dinner at the Hendersons. Shannon went above and beyond with hosting 19 people! I don't know how she did it but everything was perfect! The cousins LOVED hanging with everyone.

School of Rock Broadway musical. This was a treat - the level of talent is amazing in NYC!

A quick adult drink at the Plaza Hotel

We visited the September 11th Freedom One Memorial.

COUSINS!

These kids loved the New York lifestyle and cabs

We toured the Natural History Museum or The Night at the Museum movie museum. The museum building was gorgeous. And the exhibits were so detailed. I could have spent all day there - so fascinating

Dum Dum

Rockefeller Center

The Cousin Talent Show. Everyone performed for the adults and Shannon awarded them with prizes. The best was the finally with the girls singing We Wish You a Merry Christmas and O'Neill playing the piano. These kids are AMAZING - Love them

Times Square

We did and saw tons in the few days we were in the big city, but the most favorite thing the kids loved was seeing the cousins. XOXO Until next time...

Friends!

Friends are Fun!

I took O'Neill and new friend Hunt to the Aquarium over conference break - so fun!

O'Neill and Connor at the Perot Museum

Victoria with the 3rd grade girls at a kid's dance party club. I love their accessories

We love the mustangs! Homecoming is always the best tailgate!

These kids loved having dinner at the Magic Time Machine! They loved seeing Spiderman serve them their food and all the other characters. They were on a mission to get everyone's autograph

The smokey soda was a hit

Victoria has enjoyed going to monthly GS meetings - they do everything off site with a fun field trip. This GS was learning about architecture and making houses with the ;ladies of Studio Bella

O'Neill joined his Y Guides crew of the STA first graders and went camping. He had a blast seeing his old friends doing archery, BB guns, and of course fishing...

While the boys were away - Victoria invited three friends over for her first slumber party. It was a blast! We had a candy bar. We had personalized letters and Christmas ornaments for our crafts. We went to the mall for a scavenger hunt - it was a blast! They ran around for 3 hours, came home and watch a movie. It was a hit

V and O had grandparents day on the same day- Cecie went to SJE and Papa went to SM

Senior buddy, Ben

Our four legged furry friend is a friend indeed. He gives these crazy kids so much love...when he's not chewing something.
