Victoria, O'Neill, Cecie, Papa and Mama joined Daddy in Sun Valley ID for an orthopedic meeting. Very fitting since it was only 3 1/2 weeks after she broke her foot! We stayed in a beautiful "Snow Cottage", went ice skating, tubing, skiing, bowling, swimming, sleigh riding, and had a blast playing in the snow. Victoria and O did not take to ski school as well as we thought but at least they tried it. This was Victoria's second time to Sun Valley but I feel she might be more of a ski bunny because she sure looks the part. Papa and Cecie were great troopers hanging out with two toddlers and a crazy mom.
Feeding the ducks with their snacks - I just hoped they didn't fall in
The Sun Valley Sun
Ice skating was not a hit with Victoria. And O'Neill was too young to skate. Papa was a little rusty at first - falling 3 times but he got the hang of it.
Bowling! With the help of this crazy metal contraption - Victoria really enjoyed it. And O'Neill loved it of course because he could play with balls

Tubing- Victoria said this was her favorite activity in Sun Valley
O'Neill even did it!
Unicorn hat - she loves unicorns
Sun Valley was such a beautiful place, not cold, not a very high altitude, small and quaint town but it sure is hard to get there! 4 hour Flight to LA then a 4 hour layover then another 2 hour flight to ID then a little drive to the mountain. These kids sure are turning out to be GREAT travelers.
Lunch at the Lodge
O'Neill on SKIS!!! He did it!!
Victoria eating snow
JZ still has skills on skis
Mama was a timid skier with visions of broken bones and crutches in her head
Papa started a puzzle the first day we got there and worked on it for 4 days. Then a babysitter came in and almost finished the puzzle in 4 hours! Hilarious! It was a hard puzzle!
Travel buddies! Victoria probably watched 3 hours of Dora the Explorer during the flight!
