growing up

Clearly I need to take more pictures... because these babies are growing up! 

 

 19 months

 3 1/2 years

O loves to pour water - everywhere - all the time; we had to lock the fridge water dispenser and hide the stools for the sink. The hardwood floors are warping due to all the water spills.

Dinnertime can be a challenge. O likes to stand in his chair and throw food - or "drop" food. He lasts for about a good 10 minutes.

O still LOVES balloons and balls.

 

V's new thing is building car garages or car repair shops with her blocks/legos. Really? What happen to building princess castles?

Everyday Life

Favorite thing to do is pour cups and play with water. So fun, but our hardwood floors are taking a toll.

 Thundercats - V is not really into playing soccer. She likes running and can kick the ball in practice but at the last game, she ran away from the ball when it rolled right to her. She's a good sport and good teammate.

At a little festival V was given the huge dog that Dad carried all over and she still has it.

Good Morning,

Halloween 2012

After changing her mind everyday what she wanted to be for Halloween she settled on a Purple Butterfly and O'Neill as a Butterfly Catcher. We hosted our second annual cocktails and carving party and it was a blast! O was a trooper trick or treating and V had so much candy that the next day she said she just wanted one peice of candy so she wouldn't get a stomach ache.

 

Dancetime and Playground

When Victoria is in Ballet/Tap class, O'Neill and I head to the park. His favorite things to do: chase birds and squirrels, play in the dirt, pick up sticks and acorns, and check out any construction trucks and lawn equipment. Or we go to Whole Foods to work on our stickers and vocabulary. Here are some picks from our average Tuesday morning. Victoria loves dance class! She listens to directions and usually gets her Larry Left and Rosie Right foot correct and for a tall girl is in the front row! She is so excited about performing her lollipop dance on a big stage and told me she wants her family and Kate (her cousin) to come!
